We, in Cardiff ,extend a warm, but probably rainy, Welsh welcome to BAPES over 5th & 6th November 2026 . As a city and country well known for poetry, music and story telling but also of innovation and industry, we are excited to host this years meeting.
The meeting will be hosted at Cornerstone, a beautiful venue in the heart of the city, walking distance from Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium, as well as the statue honoring Aneurin Bevan, the father of the NHS.
Join us for at the conference for education, shared learning, surgical innovation and comradery, and enjoy the culture, hospitality and festivities of this historic and vibrant capital city.

📍THE VENUE
Our 2026 meeting will be held at the Cornerstone Cardiff which is centrally located in the heart of the city within easy walking distance to the railway station.
🎉 2026 Annual Dinner
Our 2026 Annual dinner is open to all from medical students to Consultants and will be held on Thursday November 5th at Base Camp Indian Kitchen which is located in the centre of Cardiff and a short walk from the main conference venue.
🎟️ Registration
Registration is now open. We charge a flat rate of £150 for all delegates (Consultants, trainees, etc.) and this includes attendance at both days of Congress (Thursday afternoon and all day Friday).
Please note tickets for the Annual Dinner and MIS Course (not yet open) must be purchased separately.
